Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.

Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee will apply.

No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time to accommodate subsequent bookings, but the full fee will apply.

Rescheduling:
Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
